the city's cosmopolitan flavour can also be seen in the wide variety of cuisines available. while different varieties of chinese selections, especially seafood, are most popular, there are also many european, american, japanese, korean, and other restaurants. ethnic dishes served in cha chaan teng and dai pai dong are also popular. the people of hong kong take their food seriously and many top chefs make their way to the city to show off their talents to these discerning diners.

while hong kong is a global centre of trade, perhaps the city's most famous export is its entertainment industry, particularly in the martial arts genre. several top-notch hollywood performers originate from hong kong cinema -- bruce lee, chow yun-fat, jackie chan, michelle yeoh, jet li and leslie cheung, to name a few. behind the camera, hong kong filmmakers have also struck fortune in hollywood such as john woo, wong kar-wai, tsui hark and martial arts choreographers who have designed fight scenes in the matrix trilogy, kill bill and crouching tiger, hidden dragon. back in hong kong, several homegrown films have also gained international recognition such as chungking express, infernal affairs, shaolin soccer, rumble in the bronx and in the mood for love. acclaimed filmmaker quentin tarantino has said he's strongly influenced by hong kong action cinema.

the hong kong government also supports cultural institutions such as the hong kong heritage museum, hong kong museum of art, the hong kong academy for performing arts and the hong kong philharmonic orchestra. furthermore, the government's leisure and cultural services department also subsidizes and sponsors the bringing of international performers to hong kong.

满怀高兴的心情，我们来到了心中的梦境——青岛。

第一站，我们来到了栈桥，这里舒适的环境使游客们赏心悦目。远眺，碧蓝色的大海泛起一丛丛白色浪潮，一群群海鸥在海面上追逐嬉戏，他们与海面交相辉映，构成了一副楚楚动人的动态画。有了海鸥的点缀，海面上增添几分神韵，让游客们心旷神怡。

第二站，我们来到沙滩上，一阵阵暖风吹过我的脸颊，滋润着我的.心田，望着这蔚蓝色的大海，不仅使我陷入了遐想：2008年北京奥运会的帆船比赛就是在眼前这片蔚蓝色的大海上举行的，他更为这片蔚蓝色的大海增添了一道亮丽的风景线。

我痴痴的望着着诱人的，奇妙的，大海，忘记了周围的一切，这时，姐姐对我说：“还愣着干嘛，快换上泳衣，来洗个凉水澡吧”!“ 可是，水很凉”我慢慢吞吞地说。但我终究摆脱不了大海对我的诱惑，我还是跟随姐姐进入了海中。欢乐之中，让我忘记了海是凉的，只觉得心田是暖的。

最后，我们来到了海底世界这里的海洋生物数不尽数，各种各样的动物们变幻莫测，这里有鱼、虾、海豹、海狮……我们乘坐着海底隧道观看了鲨鱼群，景象十分壮观，为海洋增添了一层神秘面纱，而我们就失去揭开这层神秘面纱的人。

从海底世界出来我们又进入了淡水宫，顾名思义，这里为许许多多淡水生物提供了优雅舒适的生活环境。在这里，最典型的淡水生物当然要数那婀娜多姿的水母了，他有着迷人的外表身体身体闪闪发光，给游客一种神秘感。她得飘逸长发更是楚楚动人，在水中翩跹起舞，美丽极了。

我恋恋不舍得离开了这座五彩缤纷、色彩斑斓、绚丽多姿的城市。我喜欢她，喜欢她蓝蓝的特点，喜欢她万古长青的特点。

我今天起了一个大早，一边呼吸着新鲜空气，一边迎接着期盼已久的`狂欢盛宴——社会实践活动。踏上大巴的我们在经历一个半小时的风景观光之后，来到了一个充满激情，欢快和尖叫的“仙境”——东部华侨城。

我们的小分队顶着骄阳来到了“激流勇进”之处，看到别人冲下来时那种尖叫声音，不由得停下了脚步。我扶着我自己发抖的双腿，颤抖地说：“朋友们，你们去玩这种刺激的游戏吧，我在这里等你们，我怕！”一向胆小的我只好在旁边观看与欣赏那溅起的水花。我在那里有些沉默了，我的大脑像洗衣机一样转动着，终于，在一番激烈的心里斗争之后，我决定去赏试。其中这句“不经历风雨怎么见彩虹”的歌词激励着我。我一下由旁观者变成了当局者。五米，四米。三米，一米……“轰”，“啊”，我的眼前也只剩下雪白的浪花了。耳旁也只有自己的和别人的尖叫声。下了车很久，我的心还在扑通扑通直跳。但我还是有些惊喜，因为我参与了！

然而，有快乐，也就有令人伤心的事……

我们小组来到了山顶，真是领悟到了“无限风光在险峰”，但由于我们过于恋景，不知不觉迷失了方向，我们三个在山顶转了几圈后才找到了通往山下的缆车，可小组成员代健哲却一意孤行，自认为云中索道是一条捷径，孤身一人去搭吊车了。当我们到了山下后，不没见到小代，那时离4点集合时间只剩7分钟了，我无力地跪在地上。仰天长叹，泪水夺眶而出，这次，我们小组肯定迟到，肯定要挨批。而我作为小组长，肯定要负主要责任。

事情果真如此，我们小组由于迟到了15分钟，受到了班主任miss徐的严厉批评。

不管怎样，这次实践活动，令我难忘的不只是不可替代的快乐，也有意外的伤心。

不知不觉，彩灯亮了，天空中流光溢彩，彩色的霓虹灯在夜空中划过一条条美丽的弧线，有的`像无数的金龙在飞舞；这时，随着音乐的响起，晶莹的水珠想无数颗珍珠洒向夜空；游人们有的在照相、有的在闲聊、我和哥哥、妈妈、阿姨带着外婆，各租两辆四轮老爷车，一前一后，进行比赛，最后我们又坐上了游艇，去了对岸的摩天轮、桃花岛、船上餐厅等……环湖一周。金鸡湖，你令我陶醉！你是镶嵌在苏州东部的一颗璀璨、艳丽夺目的夜明珠！

今天是新年的第二天，早上，灿烂的阳光照在我们的小脸蛋上，非常温暖。

我们一家四口要一起去温岭石塘去旅游了。是爸爸来开车，我们坐在车里看着窗户外的风景，窗外的风景可真美丽呀！千山万水的，看都看不完。爸爸开车开了一个多小时，终于来到了目的地温岭石塘。我们先去千年曙光园，妈妈去买门票了，门票买好了就到检票处检票。我们进去之后，看到了一步步台阶全部都涂上了五颜六色的油漆，非常的绚烂多彩。我们顺着台阶一直往上走，走了不到一半就气喘吁吁了，休息一下再往上走，不一会儿，终于走到了山顶。立在我们面前的就是千年曙光杯了，它笔直地矗立在山头的中心，非常的雄伟，我们都迫不及特地拿出手机，照相机把它拍下来，作个留念。这时，我发现下面还有一座许愿台，我就跑去许愿台前面去许了一个心愿，许完了心愿，我们就沿着一条小路来到一座气魄雄伟的天文馆前，我们走进天文馆，里面的知识真多呀！天文馆里非常安静，一共有三层，我们观看完了第一层，到了第二层，这里有天文学家张衡的地球仪，还有很多都是预测天气的仪器供我们参考。到了第三层，这里是教导我们怎样预防台风，还有台风的'厉害等等。在这里我学会了很多知识。我们透着窗户往外看，就可以看到石塘的美景了，这里的风景可壮观了，有我们没见过的鱼船和港口。天文馆下来，我们又去以前林彪打敌人遗址下来的地下隧道，里面都是以前窥看敌人的仪器。我们一一听讲解员给我们讲林彪带部队怎样的对付敌人，不知不觉我们走完了隧道，外面又是一道风景。

中午到了，我们下了山，依依不舍离开了这个充满知识的千年曙光园。接着我们又去了一个地方玩，在那里玩呀玩，一天的时间很快就过去了。

玩了一天，我们告别了这个美丽的石塘。
